At Ankrolab Brewing, the real beer story starts with the most basic ingredient: water. Ankrolab uses a filtration system that creates the cleanest water, so their beers start from purity before minerals are reintroduced. The generous tap list features selections such as AK2 – a Japanese-style lager brewed for the owner’s wedding. You’ll also find the “House on My Wrist” IPA, featuring “only the most absurd ingredients,” and the Recreational Vehicle – a Belgian Wit with sweet orange peel. The menu also features hard ciders with flavors of berry, citrus, and apple, as well as wines from Italy, California, Argentina, and more. Non-alcoholic choices include cold brew iced tea and coffee and non-alcoholic beer. In the Ankrolab cellar, you’ll find a curated collection of beers, ciders, and more from around the world.
