Premier has managed the leasing of our home in The Moorings for many years. We have always been satisfied with the service we have received. In the spring a plumbing line broke. Fortunately Premier discovered this and brought it to our attention. Within hours, they mobilized a firm to remove the carpet and dry out the house. Since that time, Premier has organized and coordinated a renovation effort which has included replacing dry wall, wallpapering, painting, replacing carpet and furniture, and many other details. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us restore the house. Premier has always been willing to help with every detail. And we are happy to report, Premier has just leased the house for the next three months!
