The Main House offers an expansive great room with comfortable sectional seating and a large, mounted TV. A second reading /relaxation area overlooks the quaint, covered front porch and makes a perfect spot for reading or napping. The dining area seats 8 and affords a front row seat to the private back yard and heated pool. When you're not up for the short walk to 3rd Street with all of its phenomenal dining options, you'll find the large kitchen has ample space for meal prep and even includes a second refrigerator for overflow food/beverages. You can also throw a few steaks on the grill and dine by the pool. If you grow tired of the beach, swim a few laps in the heated pool or simply relax in one of the lounge chairs under an umbrella. At the end of day, you'll find comfort in either the primary suite with a king bed or in one of the two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bath. There is also detached Guest House with a king-sized bed, full bath with a walk-in shower. Your well-behaved PET will love the fenced yard and long walks through Old Naples.
